




**Main Responsibilities** Entering, updating, and verifying employee information in internal systems. Recording incidents, personnel movements, attendance records, and required documentation. Organizing and digitizing employee files. Providing administrative support in recruitment and selection processes (interview scheduling, database management, candidate follow-up). Generating and maintaining basic departmental reports. Coordinating with supervisors to validate information related to performance, attendance, and personnel movements. Compliance with internal policies and confidentiality of data. **Requirements** Education: Completed high school diploma or technical/administrative degree. Prior experience in data entry, administration, or HR support (preferred). Proficiency in office software and information management systems. Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and in an organized manner.
