We are currently seeking: **Computer Systems Technician (Cancun)** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Systems or related field) (Preferably certified) * Experience as an Engineer in Routing and Switching and IP Telephony, On-site or Field Technical Support with experience in MW and GPON * 2 years of experience * **MUST BE ABLE TO RIDE A MOTORCYCLE** * **MUST OWN A MOTORCYCLE AND A COMPUTER** **Responsibilities:** * Troubleshoot Layer 3, Layer 2, and Voice-related issues * Address issues involving HSUs or ONTs * Replace components * Operate various operating systems * Provide customer service * Resolve network problems * Perform field work **We Offer:** * Net salary from $12,000 to $15,000 per month * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday half-day * Fuel allowance **Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite Duration** **Benefits:** * Eligibility for indefinite contract **Application Questions:** * Do you have a motorcycle driver's license? * Do you own a motorcycle?
