Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst to identify, document, analyze, and optimize internal processes, thereby enhancing efficiency and standardizing procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate on continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects. We seek a responsible Process Analyst who will identify, document, analyze, and optimize the organization’s internal processes, aiming to improve operational efficiency, reduce cycle times, minimize errors, and standardize procedures across various departments of the company. The candidate will work closely with different departments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implement performance indicators, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Gather, document, and map the company’s operational and administrative processes. * Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement. * Propose improvements focused on efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. * Design and implement internal procedures and policies. * Develop manuals, flowcharts, and process documentation. * Monitor the implementation of improvements. * Measure results using KPIs and performance indicators. * Identify operational risks and propose preventive actions. * Collaborate with department leaders to ensure proper execution of processes. * Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis, documentation, and improvement. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. * Proficiency in process mapping and workflow diagramming. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * ERP or management system experience is desirable. * Strong analytical ability and results-oriented mindset.
