Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Materials Control Assistant to manage the tracking, receipt, administration, and coordination of materials in construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages material control and tracking on construction sites. 2. Administers inventories and supplier procurement. 3. Coordinates material supply and prepares reports. LEADING RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN CANCÚN IS SEEKING: SITE MATERIALS CONTROL ASSISTANT IMPORTANT: We seek candidates currently residing in Cancún or nearby areas. The company does not provide accommodation, camp facilities, or transportation assistance. The selection process and interviews are conducted in person. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. • Minimum 1 year of on-site experience in material control, warehouse operations, or construction project administration. • Experience in vertical housing projects is preferred. • Knowledge of construction materials and construction processes. • Proficiency in Excel and administrative controls. • Ability to coordinate activities with site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers. • Willingness to work on construction sites. Main Responsibilities: • Material control and tracking on construction sites. • Receipt and verification of materials against requisitions and purchase orders. • Administration of warehouse inbound and outbound logistics. • Monitoring deliveries and supplier procurement. • Coordination of material supply for work fronts. • Preparation of inventory, consumption, and shortage reports. • Support in site documentation control. • Verification of efficient material usage and performance.
