My Flex Club is seeking stretching professionals (personal trainers, massage therapists, and physical therapists) to join our team. My Flex Club is the first one-on-one assisted stretching concept in Cancún. The founders have over 14 years of experience in personal training. Our stretching experts are trained by our team and will provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions for our clients. Essential Responsibilities: * Deliver individual assisted stretching sessions. * Motivate clients during stretching sessions. * Generate new My Flex Club memberships and retain existing clientele. * Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and adhering to My Flex Club's safety policies and rules. * Attend required staff meetings and educational presentations. * Listen to and address member concerns as appropriate. * Assist sales leads with studio tours, external events, and sales as needed. * Maintain a strong social media presence to enhance membership and customer retention. * Clean all work equipment to ensure it is always available for client use. WE ARE LOOKING FOR individuals who are passionate about the fitness world and enthusiastic about improving flexibility, stretching, and mobility. Required Background: * Licensed massage therapist. * Certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, or sports coach. * Physical therapist. * Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance instructor. * Ability to create a positive environment welcoming to all people. * Excellent communication and empathy skills. * Passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. * Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our policies and protocols. * Availability to complete our Stretch Specialist Training Program, which includes over 25 hours of online, in-person, and practical training.
