We seek an Electromechanical Facilities Supervisor with experience in hotel projects who wishes to join the team leading the renovation and repositioning of a hotel in Cancún, aiming to complete the project and prepare for its opening within approximately 10 months.
**Job Objectives and Responsibilities**
* Your mission is to supervise and coordinate on-site civil, electrical, and mechanical construction works, ensuring execution complies with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
* Approve and consolidate daily work reports, issuing a single daily document.
* Supervise layout and setting-out activities.
* Coordinate surveying teams in the absence of the Production Manager.
* Supervise the correct installation, alignment, and initial commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, gas) and electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems).
* Participate in leak-tightness, operability, and pre-commissioning tests of installations.
* Supervise safety, order, and cleanliness at the worksite.
* Monitor work performance.
* Supervise personnel under your responsibility, if any, such as assistants.
* Report site incidents to the Production Manager.
**Supervisor Technical Skills**
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes and specific regulations for electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC installations, as well as local building codes.
* Technical expertise in MEP/E&M systems applied to hospitality.
* Experience coordinating interdisciplinary efforts between civil works and electromechanical installations.
* Cost and resource control on site.
* Ability to organize and supervise work teams.
* Skills to identify and resolve issues arising during execution.
* Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and site safety.
* Responsible for monitoring and controlling on-site execution processes, ensuring proper allocation of resources and compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.

* Civil Engineer.
* Architect or Building Engineer.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering.

* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
