This position is ideal for architects who enjoy engaging in the technical side of projects and understand the importance of producing clear, accurate, and functional construction documentation. The Project Architect will participate in projects requiring constant coordination with structural and engineering specialists; therefore, we seek someone with sufficient technical knowledge to interpret structural solutions and ensure architectural projects are developed coherently. Unlike roles focused solely on conceptual design, this position requires a strong orientation toward the **constructability of the project**. Additionally, the position requires **willingness to travel**, as some projects may require site visits for monitoring or direct coordination with construction teams. **Job Responsibilities** * Preparation of executive architectural drawings. * Technical development of architectural projects. * Comprehensive documentation for construction. * Review of construction details. * Interpretation of structural drawings. * Integration of structural solutions into architectural projects. * Development of BIM models for architectural projects. * Generation of drawings from the digital model. * Identification and resolution of interferences. **On-Site Coordination** * Periodic site visits. * Resolution of technical queries raised by the construction team. * Verification of correct project execution. * Technical adjustments when required.
