Proficiency in structural masonry and finishing processes A leading construction sector company is seeking a **Masonry Resident** with solid experience in **mid- and high-rise vertical projects (minimum 15 levels)**, focused on field execution for high-end developments, luxury residential projects, or hospitality projects. This position is critical to ensuring proper execution of masonry work on an **18-story tower**, guaranteeing quality, schedule compliance, and operational control on-site. A professional with strong on-site presence, technical leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts in complex vertical projects. Essential Requirements * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 2 **years of field experience** * Proven experience in **luxury, hospitality, or high-end vertical residential projects is mandatory.** * Proficiency in structural masonry and finishing processes at height * Experience leading work crews and managing contractors Main Responsibilities * Supervise masonry execution on vertical towers according to drawings and specifications * Coordinate and direct work crews and contractors across multiple levels of the project * Ensure quality of walls, finishes, and construction elements * Verify plumb, level, and alignment at each work front * Monitor project schedule closely * Control material supply and productivity * Identify technical and operational deviations and implement corrective actions * Validate progress for cost estimations and project closeouts * Prepare physical progress reports and construction control reports * Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations We Offer * Competitive weekly salary * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
