Minimum 5 years. * Extensive experience in risk prevention. * Extensive experience in deterring and anticipating criminal activities within hotels. * Extensive experience with regulations and procedures issued by STPS (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare) and Civil Protection. * Up-to-date knowledge of fire safety, security, and first aid. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. Preferred. * Current residence in Cancún. Mandatory requirement. * Immediate availability. * Positive and verifiable employment references.
