Procure items for various Palace Productions businesses. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Responsible for executing purchases and administrative tasks assigned by the Purchasing PP Department, ensuring timely and proper fulfillment. · Invoicing. · Errands. · Shipping and receiving packages. · Making payments via credit card or cash. · Reporting gasoline consumption. · Interacting with users from various businesses to offer alternatives based on challenges arising during purchasing—such as unavailability of certain products. · Optimizing time and allocated resources.
