Job Summary: This role aims to ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification through procedures, audits, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. 2. Maintain the validity of the ISO 9001:2015 certification. 3. Manage audits and the continuous improvement of the quality system. **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the effectiveness of the organization's Quality Management System, maintaining the validity of the ISO 9001:2015 certification\. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Develop and/or update operational and administrative procedures, and organizational records as required. * Maintain and monitor the organization's Quality Management System. * Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits. * Monitor company performance and operational indicators. * Coordinate monthly indicator review meetings. * Manage training courses and staff development for continuous improvement of the quality system. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Development and execution of Internal Audits. * Implementation of Quality Management Systems. * Process mapping and documentation for QMS. * Industrial Safety. * Quality methodologies. * Environmental and governmental procedures.
