**Job Summary** We are seeking a **Distribution Assistant** responsible for organizing and supervising order loading and delivery, managing routes, and handling documentation to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. The role will involve coordinating with the picking team and drivers, as well as managing supplies and permits required for logistics operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate detailed picking lists for each order, accounting for special conditions to prevent errors and improve efficiency. * Verify timely and accurate order registration against open purchase orders to ensure commercial compliance. * Update the shared route file daily, organizing orders by zone and prioritizing urgent deliveries. * Physically inspect and scan orders, validating quantities, product types, and expiration dates prior to invoicing. * Coordinate with the billing department to deliver complete and organized invoices to drivers to facilitate the delivery process. * Supervise proper order loading by drivers, recording loading times and preventing delays or damage. * Record daily routes in the internal system, ensuring up-to-date information and digital delivery tracking. * Perform duties inherent to the position as required by the logistics and warehouse departments. **Minimum Requirements** **Education and Experience** * Technical degree in Administration. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution. **Knowledge** * Proficiency in MS Office. **Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication skills. * Numerical aptitude. * Organizational ability. * Teamwork capability. * Positive, responsible, and ethical work attitude. * Flexible availability. **Salary** * **$15,700\.00** **Benefits** * Free cafeteria service. * Uniforms. * Grocery vouchers.
