OPERATIONS SUPERVISION 1\.1 Inventory Control * Verify real-time inventory receipts and issuances. * Ensure correct application of the FIFO method. * Compare physical inventory against system records weekly. * Validate transactions performed by the warehouse assistant. * Supervise returns, damaged goods, and inventory shrinkage. 1\.2 Warehouse Supervision * Inspect product organization, cleanliness, and arrangement. * Validate warehouse layout and risk zones. * Authorize space adjustments or redistributions. * Supervise warehouse logbooks. 1\.3 Production / Packaging * Validate daily production targets. * Supervise assembly times and quality of packaged products. * Review compliance with hygiene and safety standards. * Ensure availability of materials for daily production.1\.4 Driver and Distribution Supervision * **Review daily routes and estimated times.** * Supervise vehicle loading and inspect related documentation. * **Validate completed deliveries and actual times.** * Review route incidents (shortages, rejections, rescheduling). * **Supervise fuel consumption and vehicle logbooks.** * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. * 1\.5 Operational Documentation Control * **Signed delivery reports.** * Distribution receipts. * **Control of waybills linked to routes.** * Documented operational incidents. * 1\.6 Operational Process Compliance * **Supervise that each responsible person follows the documented process.** * Review operational KPIs (shrinkage, cycle times, deliveries). * **Implement corrective actions and improvement plans.** Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
