Desirable experience in stadiums or entertainment venues. **POSITION BASED IN MÉRIDA, YUCATÁN.** We are seeking an **OPERATIONS MANAGER \- SPORTS STADIUM**, who will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive, efficient, and fan-experience-oriented operations, guaranteeing functional facilities, quality services, and high hospitality standards within the stadium. **Profile:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Operations, or related field. * Specialization or diploma in operations, hospitality, or event management is desirable. **Experience and Requirements:** * 3+ years in operational management positions. * Experience leading multiple operational areas and work teams. * Experience in stadiums, arenas, entertainment venues, hotels, shopping malls, or large-scale events is desirable. * Experience managing budgets, vendors, and event operations. * Availability to work weekends, night shifts, and holidays as required by operations and event schedules. * Intermediate English **Technical Knowledge:** * Operational management. * Hospitality and customer service. * Food & beverages. * Box office operations. * Maintenance and infrastructure. * Safety and hygiene. * Civil protection. * Budget and KPI management. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Operational planning and logistics.
