A construction-sector company seeks an **Urbanization Resident** with experience in social-interest horizontal and vertical residential developments of up to four levels, responsible for supervising and coordinating the execution of urbanization, infrastructure, and amenity works, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and scheduled timelines. **Requirements** Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum two years’ experience in: * Urbanization of residential developments. * Social-interest horizontal and vertical housing (up to four levels). * Execution of amenities and exterior works. * Handling and interpretation of topographic, urban, and architectural drawings. * Knowledge of: * Earthworks. * Pavement construction. * Hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater networks. * Curbstones and sidewalks. * Lighting and electrification. * Amenities, common areas, and landscaping. * Management of contractors and site personnel. **Main Responsibilities** Supervise the proper execution of urbanization and exterior works. Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and operational staff. Verify physical progress against the construction schedule. Supervise material quality and construction processes. Coordinate works for: * Sidewalks and curbstones. * Pavements and roadways. * Hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater networks. * Amenities and recreational areas. * Lighting and complementary works. * Prepare progress reports and site logs. * Review cost estimates and payment applications. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Track urbanization deliveries and details.
