Job Summary: Manage and monitor installations in luxury residential projects, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and execution requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and monitoring of installations in luxury residential projects. 2. Contractor supervision and project coordination. 3. Preparation of physical-financial reports and document control. **Job Objective:** To manage and monitor project installations, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and execution requirements within luxury residential developments. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field. * Experience: 3–5 years in construction management and installation oversight for luxury residential projects, hotels, or premium vertical developments. Knowledge of: * Electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and HVAC systems. * Reading and interpreting construction drawings. * Generators, estimations, and volumetric calculations. * Budgeting and cost control. * Current NOM, CFE regulations, and applicable codes. * Construction scheduling and progress tracking. Software: * AutoCAD. * Advanced Excel. * Neodata / Opus / Enkontrol **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control installation progress. * Review generators, estimations, and volumetric calculations. * Supervise contractors and ensure adherence to the project schedule. * Coordinate with residents, designers, and supervisors. * Validate materials and construction processes. * Prepare physical\-financial reports. * Track commissioning tests and system start-up. * Manage document control and administrative tasks for the area. **Competencies:** * Organization and control. * Leadership and coordination. * Technical analysis. * Attention to detail. * Problem solving. * Effective communication. **Work Location:** Cancún.
