




Position Summary: We are seeking Talent in Organizational Development and Training to lead and implement strategies that enhance performance, skill development, and organizational efficiency. Ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency We seek your Talent in Organizational Development and Training, focused on leadership, development of plans and programs for strategy deployment and initiatives targeting organizational development—enhancing performance, skill development, human capital process and procedure management—while ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency, aligned with the Company’s strategic plan and culture. Main Responsibilities: * Develop and manage the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) plan. * Ensure internal trainer development based on STPS standards and certification. * Implement, develop, and organize training, capacity-building, and skills-development courses according to the TNA and current regulations. * Manage and evaluate objectives and content of training programs/plans. * Ensure compliance with STPS, SIRCE, and NOMs. * Prepare, manage, create, and ensure delivery of DC1\-DC2\-DC3\-DC4 and, where applicable, DC5. * Design, manage, execute, and evaluate the SMARTS, qualitative, and KPI objective achievement plan. * Generate, administer, analyze, and formulate workplace climate strategies. * Establish partnerships with innovative educational institutions to enrich the annual training program. * Design and develop culture and well-being plans. * Design the annual 360° integration plan to foster a sense of belonging. * Conduct performance evaluation programs: Recovery Plan and Host Program. * All main responsibilities listed herein are illustrative, not exhaustive. \* * **Experience** in similar roles as a leader, OD and Training Coordinator. * **Knowledge and experience in:** * STPS regulations * Salary scales * Emotional salary * Internal Work Regulations * Federal Labor Law * Basic payroll knowledge * STPS metrics (DC\-1\- DC2\-DC3\-DC\-4\-DC5\) * Development of process and procedure manuals. * Job descriptions and position profiles. * Culture, integration, well-being, and belonging plans. * Career development, life, and career progression plans. * Corporate social responsibility campaigns and well-being practices.
