The selected candidate will ensure that all visual solutions meet quality standards, corporate identity guidelines, and the needs of internal and external clients. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Create visual concepts aligned with project or client objectives. * Design graphic materials for print, digital media, and presentations. * Ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines. * Collaborate with departments such as marketing, sales, engineering, and production. * Prepare and present sketches, prototypes, and creative proposals. * Stay current with design trends and new digital tools. * Manage and organize design files, materials, and portfolio. **Internal Relationships** ----------------------- * **Marketing / Advertising:** Coordination of campaigns and graphic materials. * **Sales:** Development of visual presentations and proposals. * **Production / Engineering:** Validation of design feasibility and functionality. * **Executive Management:** Presentation of strategic creative progress. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. * Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic, digital, or industrial design. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Knowledge of web design, UI/UX, or multimedia (preferred). * Ability to produce sketches, mockups, and prototypes. * Familiarity with printing standards and digital formats. * Ability to communicate visual ideas effectively. **We Offer** ------------- * Fixed working hours. * Year-end bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * Uniforms.
