Maintain constant communication with coordinators. Deliver ATN to customers. Receive invoices. Budget invoices and request increases or substitutions. Send due date notifications. Track waybills to the backlog warehouse. Process rent payments, branch maintenance, water, electricity, and other utility payments. Request authorization for expenses/purchases. Request cake purchases. Request asset acquisitions. Send physical due date notifications internally. Record mobile service charges. Support payroll cutoffs. Manage documentation; internal waybills. Review deposits of each Junior branch. Supervise audits with Junior branch supervisors. Process reimbursements. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time.
