




Job Summary: An accounting professional with experience in invoice entry, reimbursements, vendor onboarding, and check preparation, providing support to the Accounting Manager. Support to the Accounting Manager. **Competencies:** \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Experience with Macro system (Preferred) \- Knowledge of accounting principles \- Office equipment operation. **Responsibilities:** \- Entering invoices from branch plants into the system. \- Entering expense reimbursements (petty cash) from various branches. \- Onboarding new vendors into the system. \- Reviewing and modifying accounting entries. \- Entering payment supplements for branches into the system. \- Preparing checks for vendor payments. \- Entering bank transfer payments. \- Supporting the Accounting Manager.
