Maintain constant communication with coordinators. Handle ATN (customer service tracking) for clients. Receive invoices. Budget invoices and request increases or substitutions. Send payment due notices. Track guides to the backlog warehouse. Make payments for rent, branch maintenance, water, electricity, etc. Request authorization for expenses/purchases. Request cake purchase. Request assets. Send physical due notices internally. Register mobile service charges. Support cashiering operations. Handle documentation; internal guides. Review deposits from each junior branch. Supervise audits with junior branch supervisors. Process reimbursements. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time.
