Main Responsibilities: · Customer service and follow-up via telephone, in-person, and digital channels. · Registration and tracking of requests, complaints, and suggestions. · Support in customer satisfaction surveys and continuous service improvement. · Coordinate and supervise the reception team’s daily activities. · Customer service protocols, grief management, verbal and non-verbal communication. Requirements: · Completed high school diploma or technical degree. · Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (mandatory). · Personnel management, problem resolution, and leadership skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Service-oriented attitude, empathy, and teamwork.
