Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety and Hygiene Auditor to conduct audits, verify regulatory compliance, identify risks, and promote a safety culture, with availability to travel and work primarily in the field. Opportunity for professional development and benefits exceeding legal requirements Empresas Unidas del Yaqui is looking for your talent as: · SAFETY AND HYGIENE AUDITOR Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Administration, Safety and Hygiene, Environmental, or related field). Minimum 2 years of experience in safety and hygiene, internal audits, or regulatory compliance. Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOM) and STPS regulations. Experience in safety inspections, risk identification, and follow-up on corrective actions. Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and operational safety. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and follow-up capability. Willingness to travel. Availability to perform activities primarily in the field (80% operational, 20% administrative). Responsibilities: Conduct safety and hygiene audits and inspections at facilities and operational areas. Verify compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and applicable legal requirements. Identify unsafe acts and conditions, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Follow up on findings from audits, inspections, and safety walkthroughs. Oversee compliance with housekeeping, cleaning, and preventive maintenance programs. Support incident investigations and follow-up on preventive measures. Promote safety culture through staff training and awareness initiatives. Prepare audit and inspection reports, indicators, and documentary evidence. Participate in updating safety and hygiene-related procedures, forms, and programs.
