Position Summary: Responsible for end-to-end invoice and payment management—from receipt through generation of supporting documents and disbursement journals—supporting the accounting function. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end invoice and payment management 2. Creation and review of payment requisitions 3. Generation of disbursement journals and supporting documents • Responsible for receiving invoices generated by clients and offices • Responsible for notifying clients about charges incurred for services. • Verify information and authorization of received invoices / P.O.s prior to payment • Attach invoices / P.O.s to the Digital Invoice system. • Review client invoices in Digital Invoice and validate invoice documentation against total amounts • Enter office / P.O. invoice information into the accounting system. • Create and review supplier payment requisitions • Generate disbursement journals for transfers and submit them to the Accountant • Scan and perform manual billing • Print summaries • Generate electronic payment files, check vouchers, disbursement journals, and electronic transfer receipts . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Analytical ability, Manual dexterity, Authorizations, Accounts payable, Billing, Invoices, Printing, Supplier payments, P.O.s, Receipt Keywords: analyst, account, cuentas
