We take pride in our innovation and commitment to quality, driving growth and efficiency in the industry. **Job Description** As a CNC Operator at ProAutomation, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Duties include process supervision, basic machine maintenance, and verification of the accuracy of produced parts. This is a full-time position to be performed on-site in Hermosillo, SON. **Requirements** * Solid knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation. * Familiarity with G-code and M-code. * Knowledge of cutting processes. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. * Skills in basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues related to CNC equipment. * Prior experience in automated manufacturing processes and CAD/CAM software usage is preferred. * Interpersonal skills such as teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to product quality.
