Opportunity to work on ticket escalation. **We are hiring a Help Desk Engineer for Grupo Solana** **Requirements** * Age: 23 – 40 years old * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field * Experience in the position: 1 year in support area (preferred) * Knowledge: Remote support, Office applications, service desk tools, Windows 10 support, customer service, software installation, Active Directory. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation and configuration of computer equipment * Efficient escalation of tickets to second- and third-level engineers * User account creation, modification, and deactivation * Maintaining updated inventories. **We Offer** * Salary: $11,000 per month * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company * Private medical coverage * Schedule: 11:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for on-call duties performed remotely.
