Summary: This role involves extracting and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting audits, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes. Highlights: 1. Support in budget, forecast preparation, and KPI control Key Responsibilities and Main Activities* Extract and gather data from existing internal and external systems, and create reports for different purposes. * Support with the activities related to month end \& year end processes, internal \& external audits. * Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis in a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis about items like Materials issues, labor costs, variances of costs and expenses, COGS items. * Support the preparation and analysis of Budgets and Forecasts in a regular periods basis. * Preparation, tracking and support the control of the KPIs of the Plant/Site. * Perform data analysis and interpretations enabling recommendations to identify options and assist with the implementation of solutions to the Operational departments. * Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as requested by the Controller or Management. Experience/Skills* Professional degree as Accountant or Business degrees. * Proficient in English, sufficient to explain its reports and answer questions in English. * Experience with Costs, Budgets \& Forecasts, Reporting in Manufacturing plants. * 5\-10 years in similar position. Knowledge* Cost Accounting. * Budget/Forecast processes. * US GAAP/SOX. * Inventory Control. * Desirable knowledge of Mexican compliance/taxes. * Continuous Improvement. IT/ Software* Office Suite, especially Excel Intermediate/Advanced. * ERPs like Oracle or similar. * Consolidation/Forecasting software, like One Stream or similar. * Desirable experience with TRESS and software for Anexo 24\. Social Competences* Leadership. * Assertive internal Communication with all departments. * Negotiation. * Communication with peers and others, including HQ and externals. Individual Skills* Proactive. * Organized. * Time Planning.
