**General Objective: Execute highly effective paid campaigns to generate qualified leads, ensuring proper technical setup, CRM tracking, and continuous data-driven optimization.**
**PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVEConfigure, manage, and optimize paid campaigns primarily on Meta Ads, and secondarily on Google Ads and TikTok Ads, guaranteeing:**
* **Generation of qualified leads.**
* **Full traceability via UTM, Pixel, and Conversion API.**
* **Complete synchronization with CRM (Bitrix24).**
**Continuous optimization of cost per result and traffic quality.**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Strategic Planning**
* **Development of the media plan aligned with business objectives and project KPIs.**
* **Funnel structuring based on prospect awareness levels.**
* **Audience selection across cold, warm, and hot traffic, including lookalikes, retargeting, and advanced remarketing.**
* **Creation of messages and value propositions aligned with buyer persona and funnel stage.**
**Collaboration with design and copywriting teams to ensure conversion-oriented creatives.**
**2. Technical and Operational Implementation**
* **Creation, configuration, and launch of campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.**
* **Management of digital assets:**

* **Domains and verification**

* **Full tracking configuration and validation:**

* **Landing page behavior analysis (Analytics).**
* **Identification of bottlenecks (ad → form → WhatsApp → close).**
* **Preparation of clear, actionable weekly and monthly reports.**
