Job Summary: Supply Planning Analyst with experience in inventory management, demand analysis, and global procurement process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Manage end-product supply and procurement processes. 2. Implement short- and long-term acquisition planning. 3. Establish inventory levels and system forecasting parameters. **SUPPLY PLANNING ANALYST** **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** 2 to 4 years in a similar role, experience in materials analysis, demand analysis, and management and control of finished goods and/or raw material procurement from worldwide sources; monitor inventory levels against forecasts; minimize inventory investment; and schedule international shipments to meet customer requirements with the product. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline, International Business, Business Administration, or related field is mandatory. **LANGUAGES:** English proficiency of 70% to 100% in both oral and written communication (mandatory requirement). **LOCATION OF RESIDENCE:** León, Guanajuato. **SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE:** Experience with MRP systems (AS400, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly valued. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Manage support processes for all procurement and purchasing activities related to acquired finished products. 2. Implement short- and long-term acquisition planning to ensure appropriate quantities of suitable materials are available to meet company requirements at the lowest total cost. 3. Establish inventory storage levels and system forecasting parameters (in coordination with Sales) to support the service levels established by the company. 4. Generate and evaluate master schedules that optimize requirements, reduce cycle times, and minimize inventories. Issue and authorize purchase orders. 5. Generate and evaluate reports to analyze material stock turnover, reduce material costs, and minimize waste. 6. Support internal business partners by providing product information, technical data, certificates of analysis, and alternative solutions. 7. Assist the marketing department with new product launches to ensure smooth transitions during the phase-out of older products in favor of new ones, minimizing risk inventory. 8. Conduct periodic data analysis. 9. Process claims and coordinate supplier credits. 10. Maintain accurate item databases. **COMPETENCIES:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Ability to communicate effectively across functional areas. **BASE SALARY:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements. $26,000 to $30,000 plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
