Batching Operator**Position Summary** Location: Silao, Guanajuato Company: Nestlé Purina Schedule: Availability for rotating shifts and breaks Education: Completed high school **Internal Requirements:*** 1 year in current position. * No absences or disciplinary actions in the last 6 months. * 100% completion of required courses and training paths. * No concurrent recruitment processes. * \+ 4 months since previous application. **Job Mission:** Operate weighing, mixing, and grinding equipment for raw materials to efficiently produce and supply the extrusion operation for dry pet food products, assuming full responsibility for the process and meeting the Production Schedule. Ensure quality through the "Nestlé Quality System". Perform correct operational management in the SAP (GLOBE) system, contributing to achieving operational excellence aligned with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and the Silao Factory Operational Management System guidelines, in compliance with legal requirements regarding Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management. **A Day in the Life of...*** The employee must identify and report hazards, comply with operational controls, and promote a safety culture through consistent application of occupational safety and health procedures. * Meet quality requirements (ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000\) by cleaning the area and equipment, accurately and timely completing records, applying Good Manufacturing Practices, and adhering to QMS activities. * Apply behaviors of continuous improvement to achieve results, eliminate waste, and drive quantifiable improvements that contribute to goal achievement and outstanding performance, generating competitive advantage. * Efficiently manage the production process, ensuring optimal equipment utilization, proper grinding operation, accurate data capture and system updates, personnel supervision, basic maintenance, raw material management, and execution of TPM activities to guarantee continuous and efficient flow. * Recognize environmental aspects and impacts of activities, properly managing waste and complying with operational controls established by ISO 14001 to foster a sustainability culture. Additionally, ensure proper functioning of grinding systems through verification, recording, and monitoring of scheduled cleanings to prevent flour emissions into the environment. * Proactively comply with corporate vision, mission, values, and principles, responding to communications and participating in meetings with discipline.
