Must use the official training *kit* to ensure technical competence and compliance with standards. **General Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and practical instruction (using existing materials) for *reach* and counterbalance forklifts. * Evaluate and validate the operational skills of newly hired operators. * Ensure strict adherence to all industrial safety procedures and regulations. * Manage and maintain training records and certification documentation. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum experience as a forklift instructor/trainer (counterbalance and/or *reach*). * **Certification:** Valid operator certification (DC\-3 or equivalent license). * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of applicable safety regulations. * **Education:** High school diploma (minimum). * **Plus:** DC\-5 certification as an instructor (desirable but not essential). **Compensation and Benefits Package:** * **We Offer:** Competitive salary, cafeteria, transportation, savings fund, grocery vouchers, and life insurance. * **Employment Type:** Full-time, indefinite contract (statutory benefits).
