




**Position Objective:** Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring that all cleaning and room maintenance processes, common areas, and related services are carried out according to the hotel's established quality and safety standards. Their role is to ensure guest satisfaction through a clean, organized, and pleasant environment by effectively leading the housekeeping team. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure proper cleaning and organization of rooms and common areas. * Ensure all cleaning services are performed according to hotel procedures and standards. * Inspect rooms and common areas to guarantee compliance with established quality levels. * Manage and coordinate cleaning supplies and other necessary materials for the efficient operation of the area. * Train and motivate staff under their supervision to maintain high performance and service levels. * Address and resolve any incidents or complaints related to cleaning services. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure efficient and high-quality operations. * Monitor team schedules and attendance, ensuring proper task assignments. **Requirements:** * Covering temporary incapacity * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions within the hospitality sector. * Knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene protocols in the hotel environment. * Leadership, organizational, and team management skills. * Proactive attitude and excellent communication abilities. * Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and training within the hotel. * A professional and dynamic work environment.
