**Job Description** Collaborating on innovation challenges, interacting with industry leaders, attending multifunctional networking events, and volunteering for community service activities. **Responsibilities:** * Support in the design, development, and improvement of HR KPI reports and dashboards. * Analyze employee data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel reports for engagement metrics, workplace climate, and other HR indicators. * Participate in HR process optimization projects through data analysis. * Collaborate on the digitization and automation of HR data reports and processes. * Generate data-driven insights to support decision-making within the Human Resources department. * Maintain the integrity and timely updates of HR datasets to ensure reliable reporting. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a higher education program (semester or trimester), with expected graduation date of **December 2026 or later**. * Intermediate conversational level in English. * Valid optional insurance. **Field of Study:** Computer Systems Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field. **Skills:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to HR projects. * Experience or knowledge in Power BI and advanced Excel (including macros and data modeling). * Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or AI tools applied to data analysis. * Ability to interpret HR KPIs and generate actionable insights for decision-making. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Interest in data analysis, process optimization, and digital transformation in HR.
