**Delivery Driver** We are seeking a **Logistics Customer Service Representative** for our facilities in **Silao**. In this role, you will act as the liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring excellent quality service; provide information about services and resolve inquiries, effectively responding to customer queries during the tooling collection and delivery process; preserve documents and tooling entrusted to you, ensuring customer peace of mind and high satisfaction. **We Offer:** * Life insurance. * Savings fund 5%. * Grocery vouchers 10\.5%. * Enhanced vacation starting from the second year. * Christmas bonus of 30 days. **Your Responsibilities:** * Observe and comply with applicable traffic obligations and/or regulations. * Always carry official documentation required for vehicle operation (valid driver's license, vehicle registration, unit insurance). * Perform preventive vehicle maintenance services at the location assigned by the company. * Provide a high level of professionalism to the customer, maintaining a positive and respectful relationship. * Advise the customer on correctly completing the work request form and address any questions. * Ensure that all necessary requirements for service processing are accurately described in the work request form. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information. * Follow up on customer inquiries, comments, and upcoming deliveries, always maintaining positive communication. * Observe and comply with applicable provisions and/or guidelines at our customers' facilities during collection or delivery. * Safeguard customer tools during transportation. * Respect our customers' guidelines when visiting their facilities. * Inspect, control, and safeguard documents during collection and delivery (invoices, shipping notes, material release, purchase orders). * Record services via portable terminal (scanner) and SAP system for activities collected during the day. * Inspect and verify that materials provided by the customer meet the specifications outlined in the work request form. * Capture in the system the documentation related to services requested during the day. * Execute the assigned tooling collection and delivery route according to plan without delays. **Your Profile:** * Preferably high school diploma. * 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of the assigned area; car driving; van driving; defensive driving skills. * Ability to collaborate; ethics and values; integrity and trust; knowledge of the company; action-oriented.
