This role plays a critical part in supporting the company’s financial health and providing accurate information for decision\-making. Preparation and submission of provisional tax payments ·· Preparation and submission of the DIOT (Operations with Third Parties report) ·· Monitoring and control of tax audits ·· Monitoring and control of social security audits ·· Monitoring and control of transfer pricing ·· Monitoring and control of foreign trade pricing ·· Follow\-up on VAT refund processes ·· Payroll accrual reconciliation ·· Review of payroll records via tax authority viewer ·· Payroll tax calculation and compliance ·· Amortizations ·· Preparation of working papers supporting trial balance account balances ·· Reconciliation and cleanup of accounting accounts ·· Petty cash audits ·· Bank reconciliations ·· Bank reconciliation in SyteLine ERP ·· Revaluation of AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), and bank accounts ·· Monthly accruals and provisions ·· Payroll record registration **Qualifications** Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the manufacturing industry. Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Mexican tax law and accounting standards (NIF/IFRS). Experience with cost accounting and inventory management. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Advanced Excel skills.
