Job Objective Plan, coordinate, and manage agricultural production programs, ensuring operational efficiency, crop performance, and proper resource management. Key Responsibilities Weekly, quarterly, and semi-annual production planning. Coordination of forecasts with customer service, logistics, and harvesting departments. Price negotiation with clients. Supervision of crop yields and productivity. Direct client and supplier engagement and follow-up. Management and leadership of operational staff. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of crops such as lettuce, corn, broccoli, asparagus, and cauliflower.
