Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional to lead warehouse and transportation teams, optimize routes and loads, monitor operational KPIs, and ensure efficiency and safety. Operational KPI monitoring and continuous improvement We seek a logistics professional with experience in managing key performance indicators (OTD, fill rate, utilization) and handling owned assets (fleet, maintenance, documentation, and route control). Focused on operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise warehouse and transportation teams, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. Plan and optimize routes and loads to maximize fleet utilization. Monitor operational KPIs; prepare reports and propose corrective actions. Manage inventory, goods receipt, dispatch, and cargo control. Implement road safety procedures and compliance standards. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries. Train staff on procedures, tool usage, and best practices.
