Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Confidence-based**Job Objective** Manage and ensure that staff under supervision perform assigned activities and responsibilities based on the unit’s established processes and procedures, delivering patient safety and quality care in clinical care units.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise staff under supervision, verifying compliance with established care processes to ensure safe, standardized, and high-quality patient care, as well as continuity of clinical service operations. * Ensure the supply of clinical supplies in clinical areas for patient care. * Coordinate and supervise patient and unit staff sample collection to ensure adherence to quality, traceability, and biosafety standards, guaranteeing reliable results for clinical decision-making. * Perform personnel management-related activities. Experience * Management of hospitalized patients in Therapy and/or Emergency departments — 2 years * Hemodialysis processes — 2 years * Personnel management — 2 years. Knowledge * NOM-003-SSA3-2010, for hemodialysis practice * Microsoft Office suite (basic: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * BLS (Basic Life Support) * NOM-087-SEMARNAT-SSA1-2002, Environmental Protection—Environmental Health—Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste.
