This position focuses on **technological infrastructure and specialized systems support**. **Main responsibilities** * Responsible for ensuring the operation, availability, and continuity of the organization's computer systems, networks, equipment, and technological services. * Main function is to provide advanced-level technical support, diagnose and resolve incidents, as well as perform preventive and improvement tasks on the technological infrastructure. **Professional profile** **Academic background** * Engineering degree (graduate or certified) in **Information Technology, Systems, or related fields**. **Minimum 2 years of experience** * VoIP: asterisk / issabel / freepbx, sip, rtp, iax2, routes, trunks, codecs, qos, packet capture and analysis with ngrep, tcpdump, wireshark. * Network protocols: tcp/ip, dns, dhcp, nat, vlan, vpn, diagnostics with ping, traceroute, nmap, snmp. * Servers: linux (centos, debian, ubuntu), windows server. * Services: apache / nginx, mysql / mariadb. * Virtualization: vmware, proxmox, hyper\-v. * Storage: nas, san, ext4, xfs, ntfs. * Network and log analysis: zabbix, imc, syslog, journalctl, event correlation and root cause analysis. **Technical skills** * Configuration of computing equipment * Telecommunications networks, link configuration, switches * Structured cabling * for\-chro\-12 ver. 09 * Electronics, low and medium voltage, neutrals and phases * Use of multimeter, physical grounding * Working at heights **Certifications** * DC\-3 certification for working at heights.
