**What Your Day Will Look Like** Coach Production on taking ownership of quality assurance in manufacturing processes. Verify manufacturing process stages against specifications, drawings, engineering standards, quality procedures and standards to meet customer requirements and plant needs—while respecting environmental protection, safety, health, adherence to safe work practices, and prevention of illicit activities. **How You’ll Stand Out** * **Monitor process, product, and material conformity** in accordance with work instructions and design specifications. Use your experience to monitor processes to ensure they remain satisfactory; if you identify any nonconformity based on your experience, stop the process and alert the responsible area to resolve the issue. This includes inspecting components at floor level and, occasionally, components already assembled into tanks; it may require working at heights up to 6 meters and entering confined spaces. * **Guide operators in manufacturing processes**, and, when necessary, engage and obtain support from various departments to resolve such issues; as well as **verify cleanliness conditions of products and areas** to prevent contamination and guide personnel accordingly to meet cleaning requirements. * **Create, analyze, and implement nonconformities** related to problems identified in the process or product, and **ensure implementation of corrective actions**, including root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of these nonconformities. * **Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001** across company **departments**, as well as participate in **audits or material reviews with suppliers** (within Mexico). * **Support inspection and development of new suppliers and products**, aligned with company needs. **What You Bring** * High school diploma * Experience handling hand tools and measuring instruments * Ability to interpret technical drawings * Experience working at heights and in confined spaces * Availability to rotate shifts, valid driver’s license, willingness to work weekends * Proactive, responsible, decisive, execution-oriented, customer-focused, change management capable, team player, strong communication skills **What Is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than an energy technology company.
