The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking incidents, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting the execution of on-site technical projects. Main Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support (hardware and software) for users. Track incidents and IT-related requests. Maintain effective communication with technical teams and end users. Configure, maintain, and assemble computer equipment. Document incidents, track tickets, and manage inventory control. Label, register, and track equipment assignments, movements, and decommissioning. Prepare, pack, and document equipment shipments and receipts between locations. Install, test connectivity, and physically relocate IT infrastructure. Prepare technical reports and participate in installation and maintenance projects. Coordinate with vendors for equipment receipt and tracking. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field (completed or in progress). Prior experience in technical support or related areas. Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and Office suite. Basic technical English proficiency. Availability to work 100% on-site. Strict punctuality (preferably arriving 15 minutes before start time). Service-oriented attitude, initiative, and strong communication skills. Participation in relevant technology projects.
