




**Key Responsibilities** * Develop and expand sales of **lighters and related products** in the Mexico market * Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers * Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing, and competitor activity * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms in line with company policy * Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, production, and customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets * Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management * Represent Wellfield at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events when required * Proven experience in **sales**, preferably in **lighters, FMCG, consumer goods, or tobacco accessories** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with **international manufacturers or importers** * Knowledge of **product compliance or import processes** is a plus * Experience managing distributors and regional sales territories * Strong understanding of the **Mexico market** and local distribution channels * Existing network of distributors or retail contacts is a strong advantage * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills * Self\-motivated, results\-driven, and able to work independently * Willingness to travel within Mexico as required * Proficient in **Spanish**; **English communication** is required for coordination with headquarters Job Type: Contract Contract length: 6 months Pay: $18,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 01/02/2026
