Workana is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Python/Django to join, on an indefinite basis, the development team of a client operating a SaaS compliance platform. This solution collects, validates, and manages information about companies receiving regulated services, helping them comply with current regulations. The selected candidate will play a key role in taking over and evolving the platform, ensuring technological independence from third parties and consolidating in-house development. **Requirements:** * Lead maintenance and evolution of the SaaS platform. * Develop new features with a focus on speed and quality. * Integrate and optimize backend using Python/Django + MySQL. * Participate in frontend development using Vue.js, Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript. * Implement improvements related to subcontracting and compliance regulations in Mexico. * Ensure system security and reliability. **Key Requirements:** * Solid experience with Python/Django (60% backend). * Advanced knowledge of MySQL. * Frontend experience with Vue.js and Bootstrap (40%). * Knowledge of ISO27001 and AES-256-CTR encryption. * Desired: PHP and SaaS environments. * Bonus: Experience with compliance/REPSE processes in Mexico. * Autonomous, fast-paced profile with strong ownership. **Benefits:** * Long-term project (12 months, with possibility of extension). * Salary: up to USD 1,600 per month. * Work modality and location: full-time (40 hours per week), 100% remote.
