The ideal candidate must demonstrate a service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and the ability to work according to established procedures. **Responsibilities** * Monitoring and controlling access for staff, visitors, and vendors. * Ensuring order and compliance with internal regulations. * Reporting and recording incidents. * Supporting minor repairs (plumbing, painting, simple metalwork). * Assisting with preventive building maintenance. * Timely communication of risks or critical situations. **Requirements:** * Availability for morning and afternoon shifts for a daytime position (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), four days per week * Interest in and aptitude for interpersonal interaction * Professional appearance * And others Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,450.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service Education: * Completed junior high school (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
