**Description** --------------- Ensure and support the Manager in the timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits, based on provisions outlined by the LFT and LISR, CCT, and company policies, complying with regulations set by the Human Resources Department and safeguarding at all times the confidentiality of information. **Responsibilities** --------------------- 1.- Coordinate and supervise the confidential payroll payment for all employees, ensuring that assigned personnel receive their salaries and benefits on time while safeguarding the confidentiality of their information, as well as managing documentation requested by payroll personnel. 2.- Coordinate and supervise payroll payments for unionized, administrative, and executive staff to ensure accurate and timely processing, coordinating payroll expense reconciliation with the Comptroller's department. 3.- Perform calculations and process final settlements and severance payments to prevent labor disputes within the company. 4.- Ensure that biweekly ISR calculations are correct. 5.- Coordinate and supervise the administration of the SPP employee savings fund according to its bylaws. 6.- Supervise and coordinate the SPP employee savings fund. 7.- Supervise and manage payroll payments for external personnel, including administration of contracts with suppliers, and final settlements and severance payments for external staff. 8.- Propose and follow up on system changes in the payroll system to improve processes through automation. 9.- Train and advise Human Resources personnel on the use of the Payroll and Pre-payroll System to ensure accurate and timely payments at branch locations. 10.- Prepare, analyze, and reconcile biweekly and monthly payroll expenses. 11.- Manage user accounts and access passwords to the Payroll and Pre-payroll System. 12.- Coordinate and supervise the timely transfer of time records into the Pre-payroll system. 13.- Ensure that all payroll receipts for different types of payments are properly stamped. 14.- Prepare and supervise Sox Controls assigned to the payroll department. 15.- Ensure all payroll concepts are correctly parameterized according to company policies so that payroll calculations are performed accurately. 16.- Verify that exempt and taxable amounts are correctly applied in the Payroll System so they can be reported to the Tax Department at month-end for contribution payments. 17.- Perform monthly payroll, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation accruals for accounting by the Comptroller's department. 18.- Generate monthly Hours Reports delivered to the Security department. 19.- Generate Indicator Reports (DCT) delivered to the Comptroller's department. 20.- Perform the monthly MERCER reconciliation of employee separations, which must be reported to the Comptroller's department. 21.- Prepare monthly and biweekly employee templates for active employees, separations, and new hires, required for various reports. 22.- Reconcile the biweekly payroll accounting journal entry against actual expenses and report it to the Comptroller's department for recording. 23.- Process payments to EKOMERCIO for services contracted by the payroll department. 24.- Report union dues monthly to the Labor Relations department. **Education** --------------- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. **Experience** --------------- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position and personnel management. **Knowledge** ----------------- Administrative knowledge, annual tax returns, salaries and wages. **Competencies** ---------------- Collaborate, demonstrate role mastery, achieve results, lead change, be an open and convincing communicator, foster excellence, develop organizational capability. **Skills** --------------- Proficiency in ISR, Infonavit, IMSS, and Federal Labor Law (LFT) calculations. **Schedule** ----------- Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Work Location** -------------------- Col.
