




Job Summary: A Service Advisor manages customer service, warranties, and vehicle tracking in the workshop, coordinating with mechanics and preparing vehicle deliveries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and vehicle tracking in the workshop 2. Warranty management and file preparation 3. Coordination with mechanics and continuous communication with customers SERVICE ADVISOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CLIENTS BRINGING THEIR VEHICLES TO THE WORKSHOP WARRANTIES (SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE) VEHICLE TRACKING IN THE WORKSHOP FROM RECEIVING TO DELIVERY PREPARING WARRANTY FILES FOR VEHICLES ENTERING THE WORKSHOP PREPARING INFORMATION AND CONTACTING ALL CUSTOMERS FOR VEHICLE DELIVERY COORDINATION WITH MECHANICS SERVICE ACTIVITIES WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:30 AM TO 2:00 PM AND 4:00 PM TO 7:00 PM SATURDAY: 8:30 AM TO 2:00 PM; SUNDAYS OFF SALARY: BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION ON PARTS INVOICED CONTINUOUS TRAINING PROFESSIONAL GROWTH Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
