




Job Summary: Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training programs for advisors, managing their performance and administrative follow-up to ensure goal attainment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implementation of training programs for advisors 2. Logistical coordination and instruction in training sessions 3. Performance monitoring and administrative follow-up of advisors · Participate in designing training programs to develop advisors’ technical and commercial knowledge, thereby promoting the recruitment of new advisors. · Coordinate logistics for training programs and deliver technical/product and sales strategy training sessions. · Plan mentoring schedules for new advisors based on their performance results to reinforce their knowledge and skills. · Motivate advisor performance through contests, announcements, and guides to improve goal attainment. · Manage administrative follow-up for advisor onboarding, contract signing, and advisor ID card issuance. · Monitor the submission and progress of forms and procedures with SMNYL to ensure timely processing and follow-up until closure. · Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to determine their impact on advisor productivity.
