Location: Colonia Chapultepec Your Mission in This Role You will be responsible for daily bakery production, attending to every detail of the process—from dough preparation to final baking—ensuring consistent product quality, flavor, and presentation. Your Responsibilities in This Role Daily preparation of bakery products following recipes and standards. Preparation of laminated doughs and European bread. Monitoring fermentations, baking, and production processes. Organizing the work area and managing production timelines. Handling and controlling bakery ingredients. Maintaining order and hygiene according to sanitary regulations. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure product availability. Participating in process improvements and recipe standardization. Tangente - Baker Candidate Profile We Seek Minimum 2 years of professional bakery experience. Knowledge of European bread and laminated doughs. Experience in fermentation, lamination, and baking processes. Experience in bakery production. Team coordination experience is desirable. Interest in progressing toward bakery area coordination.
