Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to build, enhance, and support web-based business applications using ReactJS, ASP.NET (C#/MVC), and SQL Server. Key Highlights: 1. Modern frontend development with ReactJS. 2. Backend development with ASP.NET (C# / MVC). 3. Database design and optimization in SQL Server. **Location:** On-site at NexGen Systems, Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico **Employment Type:** Full-time / Payroll or C2C **Overview** We are looking for a **Senior Full Stack Developer** with experience to build, enhance, and support web-based business applications. The role involves modern frontend development with **ReactJS**, backend development with **ASP.NET (C\# / MVC)**, and database work on **Microsoft SQL Server**. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **multi-tier web applications** * Build frontend components with **ReactJS** * Develop backend services with **ASP.NET (C\# / MVC)** * Maintain and support legacy applications (MVC, WebForms, Classic ASP) * Design and optimize databases, queries, and stored procedures in **SQL Server** * Support testing, deployments, and production incident resolution * Configure and support IIS-based application environments * Collaborate with business users and internal teams **Required Skills and Experience** * **6\+ years** of professional software development experience * Strong experience with **ASP.NET (C\# / MVC)** * Frontend experience with **ReactJS** * Strong experience with **Microsoft SQL Server** * Experience supporting **production systems** * Familiarity with version control tools * Ability to work independently and collaboratively **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience * Experience modernizing or supporting legacy applications * Bilingual **English / Spanish** (plus) **Position Details** * On-site position at **NexGen Systems, Culiacán, Sinaloa** offices * Occasional after-hours support may be required * Project-based hiring; compensation based on experience Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
