A company in the field of tax and financial services is seeking: Receptionist / Executive Assistant Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration (or related fields) Age between 22 and 35 years Good personal appearance and strong communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (mandatory) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic–intermediate) **Office equipment (basic)** Use of digital communication tools / management of electronic calendars **Trustworthy / discreet** Customer service **Responsibility** Organization Salary: $11,000.00 (increases to $12,000.00 after probation period) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work location: Culiacán, Sinaloa (Corporate 120) Main responsibilities: Work closely with company management, performing tasks such as coordination, telephone support, public interaction, scheduling, organization, and planning of all administrative and support activities assigned; additionally, attend to any individual or entity visiting the office to receive notifications or documents from various authorities, maintaining control over official documentation according to the company represented at each address. Furthermore, assist other departments within the company whenever required. Position type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
